Junior Chef Camp 4-6 pm

Students will go on an educational journey learning how to make some of Latin America's favorite recipes. Each day students will learn 4 recipes with the goal of learning how to make a meal for themselves for every mealtime of the day! Students will learn with the assistance of our chef instructors to safely practice the techniques needed to create delicious meals they can enjoy together or take home. Each student will also receive all the information needed to recreate the recipes at home!

For this camp students will learn how to make: breakfast burritos, scrambled eggs, healthy smoothies, homemade tortillas, tacos, guacamole, horchata, latin white rice, chicken stew (pollo guisado/estofado), watermelon agua fresca, and ending the experience with three varieties (classic, chocolate, and strawberry) of tres leches cupcakes!
